Also, I have a lightning node, SANJOSE_UBETCHA instance running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. If this wasn't a free-forever service, from a cost prospective it wouldn't make financial sense to run a lightning node.
Provided one has an internet connection its is possible to learn about Bitcoin almost anywhere.
