It's incredible how this came out 11 Years ago and still perfecly describes the crypto and even bitcoin industy.
Excluding transactions, which will end up being mined anyway, from a nodes mempool is irrational behaviour. It leads to slower block validation and worse fee estimation, while offering no benefit to the node runner. Why should core waste resources to enable irrational behaviour.

Ich glaube ich habe den Usecase für Shitcoins gefunden: Statt Bitcoin kauft man einfach ETH, sendet das durch Tornado Cash und tauscht es dann über irgendeine DeFi Plattform gegen Bitcoin. Falls man irgendwann wieder Fiat braucht macht man das ganze rückwärts und muss keine Steuern zahlen, weil ETH keine Kapitalerträge erziehlt.

I don't know what I did to get dexterity that high. But true neutral is accurate.
