Love it.
Burritos are one of our favorites for freeze-to-reheat. Muffins are also great for a freeze-to-thaw meal on the go.
But I have to say, one of the best has been scones. My wife will make the scones, cut out the hockey pucks, freeze them on a tray. Once frozen they go in a container and back in the freezer until we are ready to bake them.
