Pleb 🍾 Running the score up

We're limited by our debt creation abilities in meatspace so we're going to create debt in cyberspace!

It's about the equivalent of taking your bitcoin to a pawn shop.

Usually you swap debt for an asset. A bank is always happy to swap an asset for debt.

This is no different than getting a line of credit against your home or business. If you don't repay you fork over the asset.

That being said if I was to take a loan against my bitcoin, the bank should be paying ME interest to get my bitcoin.

So unless these come at a negative rate (which it won't) they are a scam.

All I do is get high and work

Erebor; the dragon is the Fed.

Oddly the Fed knocked off SVB because it did not like the competition in "digital assets".

They are building the new financial infrastructure - for better or worse.

The elected officials have sold you out

Unfortunately no, we used to have to wear them during our fitness classes in High school (early 2000's). Back then it was just a chest strap and a watch; no data being recorded on any computer. The heart rate and time above target heart rate was just tracked on the watch.

Your post just reminded me of them. Certainly *seems* less spooky then everything else out there now.

These guys were the OG heart rate monitor. Used to just be a watch and a chest band. No apps no cell phone. Was actually pre-smartphone when they started.

Cannot surpass this value creation

This will be the first of literally every publisher.

Look at the Tucker - Sam Altman interview.

This is what Suchir Balaji was ringing the bell over.

Raynor Library has a lot of original manuscripts from Tolkien, open to the public rarely but they have some full time people archiving related material.

The optimistic view is that the federal govt becomes somewhat impotent and the US starts to localize again. I think they are cautiously optimistic in the last quarter of the interview.

Concise breakdown of where we are and where we are going. No mention of #bitcoin but plays right into it.

If you use Bluetooth mesh you would not even need a traditional phone. Wouldn't need Graphene or big phone manufacturers skip Android. You would need a lot of adoption. Phone carriers will be a thing of the past, cell towers as well. Rabbit R1 (sucks right now) and similar devices will be the future.

I've never seen such low level dense thinking.

What's your suggestion since you're so intelligent?

You don't have one because you don't think through complex systems.

Figuring out how to power them is the hard part. Can't just plug them in and run them in your bedroom.
