Slaves are slaves i noticed just like to complain about being slave and do nothing to change that fact not even save up monthly.

I will definitely give that a try for sure, i have done “digital diaries” but there is something about a great ink pen and paper that just cant be matched. I do love reading books to “escape” but self thought and reflection something i do lack at in this moment. Ive almost had my dial turned up trying ti get as much as i can out of my day and not thought about the self therapeutics as no ones approached me in this way for some time. I appreciate the responses and advice!

It's a muck man! That's why i got off other platforms and strictly use this protocol its like you can't escape it and its not even like in your face bad just everyone pushing the 'same' narratives onto everyone. reading so many type books like this are really helping me with my journey of bridging the various 'type of sovereignty.'
