The quality of chain restaurants especially fast food, is based on how well run that branch is, not on which one has better menu items.
They are totally different but exactly the same.
If I see one when I'm hungry, they are getting my money, but if I see both, I look for signs that would indicate a well run fast food joint.

We use Acellus. It's fine.
The key to really good homeschooling is to get your kids into writing up documentation of whatever they are doing as items for their portfolio.
It can be something as mundane as a tale of their video game accomplishments or build instructions for their bike ramp.
