Itβs been almost 6 years since Iβve not had an alarm clock, I went part time and negotiated a 10am start so never needed to wake up before the sunrise. Life hack for sure and I felt/feel so free. π

And you feel good on this? Was it easy to switch? Iβm 7 months pregnant and itβs been really tough but I think itβs mainly due to my diet; I eat a lot of animal products but also too much sugar, carbs and plants. My energy is so low and a few other symptoms of ill health and I know itβs diet.
