Walk around with Amethyst installed and an NFC tag hidden in your clothing. When you need to use Amethyst, tap the tag, insert your password and login. Lock the screen to delete everything.
The NFC has a NIP-49 password-encrypted nsec. If you need, destroy and dispose the NFC tag.

We're all in it for the long haul. Over a multi-year horizon, it's hard to find anything else that can show the growth Bitcoin has had. We just have to look at least 2.5 years to get past the volatility and see the growth. I'm optimistic.
My advice would be to pray. Many would say, "But, how?" I'm a Catholic, so for me the Rosary is my prayer of choice. I pray a full Rosary each day. I also spend an hour and 20 minutes in Eucharistic Adoration each day. I'm blessed our church offers an adoration chapel. It took a long time to build up to this, but I wouldn't change it for anything. It brings such peace in this crazy world. If you want to give the Rosary a try, you can start small. One Decade (Our Father, 10 Hail Marys, Glory Be) takes about 3-4 minutes. If that's too much, just talk to Jesus each day like you'd talk to a friend. He's a great listener.

What changed? I've been using them for the last couple years and everything has been great. Did they get bought out? I can't find anything online so far. I removed the app from my phone in case it was compromised. Time will tell...
What happened to Swan? I go to my swan app and am presented by a user agreement for bakkt. Their logo changed from the swan to a black bitcoin. I read online that bakkt was at risk of goin out of business earlier this year. Did my phone get hacked or is this a legitimate change? I kinda liked swan's logo, definitely much better than a black bitcoin logo. Any thoughts?
