Freedom, Bitcoin, finance, Government, taxes, I DON'T WANT TO BE ZAPPED !

We are still in the phase where 'doing what you can*' to get #Bitcoin will have life changing consequences.

Best wishes to you !

*) and hodl long enough... (> 3- 4 cycles so far, probably this will be longer in the future)

Why would Bitcoin need to store data ?

We should agree and define why and what data Bitcoin needs to store.

Bitcoin is to big and important to fuck around and find out.

We have to assume any way to harm Bitcoin will be used to destroy it, so lets not introduce ways or make it easier.

Unintended new ways will be just as damaging, we need to minimize changes for this reason, and be insane sure about all effects any change can have.

For some reason #Bitcoin has a way of exposing ignorant people !

Non plebs keep buying.

They now own 3.32 million #Bitcoin.

They scoop up some 4.67% more each month.

If that continues:

In 12 months they will own 5.74 million #Bitcoin.

In 24 months they will own 9.93 million #Bitcoin.

That is roughly 50% of all #Bitcoin that will ever exist.

But we have only one company going all in.

Just a few governments tiptoeing.

Demand will only increase.

Buckle up.

#BTC

Few know exactly what is going on.

Who can you trust?

Few are willing to put in the time to explain all needed details.

Most info is not realy helpfully, just stating do this or that without explaining why doesn't help at all.

Nor is just judging or blaming others.

I think changes to the Bitcoin protocol is the biggest risk.

But finding understandable info on what is being worked on and what is being delivered is not that easy to find.

I would love some pointers to where these things are discussed or explained.

Absolutely agree.

The most worrying thing is realizing how few are capable of critical thinking.

Next the amount of resistance if you are telling them how it works.

Just to realize how funked we are....

Replying to Avatar exist270

Be critical here. What's more likely?:

A) #Bitcoin maxis are all retarded & fiat-educated people are right?

B) Fiat-educated people are all retarded & #BTC maxis are right?

Consider what incentives there are from an educational, systemic & institutional perspective for each. 💁‍♂️

Do TradEd systems promote independence? No, they promote conformation. Do they promote critical thinking? No, they promote regurgitation-based programming. Do they promote meritocracy? No they promote elitism & nepotism. Do they promote individualism? No, they promote group-think. Do they promote freedom? No, they promote lifetime subjugation to hierarchy. Do they promote fiscal responsibility? No, they put you in lifetime student debt for the promise of a piece of paper at the end. (This list could go on forever, so I'll just stop here & you can continue if you like…) 🤮

Bitcoin education is literally the inverse to fiat education (which is a wonderful byproduct of understanding the network). 🤙

So ask yourself… who REALLY knows more? 👀

Homie is just salty because he was led to #Monero / #XMR by his fiat education, so he needs other people to help save his sinking bags. 🤷‍♂️

All this energy misallocation when all he has to do is learn to invert a fucking fraction (an impossible feat for most fiat brains):

I can't stop wondering why it works so well.

Even people way more intelligent than me have a hard time seeing or accepting it.

I have two points in time I always go back to.

That one 'strange' sociology teacher when I was ~16 years old who told us how loans and mortgages work and how insane that was.

And a few years later during economics where a teacher was encouraging me when I tried to counter every policy of the Keynesian theory, arguing with the exact opposite effect that could happen.

We made a game out of it, and during the examen I answered every question two fold and those were opposite of each other, I got a maximum score.

The financial crisis finally made me conclude every one was 'crazy' and that I wanted out.

#Bitcoin made everything come together and made it possible to step out.

Love the ColdCard.

But has many features, so apparently you can screw up if you ise features you don't understand.

Saw a lot a whining from someone who used the dice roll feature to generate a seed.

Using only ONE dice roll 😱

So yes his coins were gone 😳

Take care, study #Bitcoin and the tools you use!

This..

Government will not freely give up their ability to extract wealth from its citizens, and the capability to print fiat.

Don't expect them to allow/promote #Bitcoin since it hampers their income and threatens their system.

Bitcoin can restore the balance back in favor of the people.

The previously needed violence is not even needed.

Let's not waist this opportunity.

Don't wait for others the take the burden or lead you.

What is life without freedom ?

Why would freedom be scary ?

Do you realy think others can better decide what is good for you ?

Study #Bitcoin

At some point every company want #Bitcoin on their balance.

At some point every nation want #Bitcoin as strategic reserve.

At some point everybody, but the retarded, wants #Bitcoin as payment and not a piece of paper that can be printed for free by some.

Please don't tell me $1 million a #Bitcoin is impossible ?

Please don't tell me $10 million a #Bitcoin is impossible ?

I will tell you I won't care by that time what the $ price of a #Bitcoin is, how about you ?

Study #Bitcoin

Seeing someone else buying, and even seeing what that does, isn't going to convince many.

For around a decade I told anyone who wanted to hear, what Bitcoin is and show them the charts.

Mentioned it all the time, had a copy of "The Bitcoin Standard" on my desk they could borrow.

I know of only a few who ended up with some #Bitcoin.

Most made fun and after that went quiet.

Everyone has to do the thinking themselves.

And I got peace with that.

Hard to explain to most.

I have had this discussion with my father in law, for many years.

Understandable, he made his fortune building and upgrading all his life and did well.

A while ago the arguments became more open discussions, since he saw my wealth growing.

Since I retired more early than he could he gave up.

Still he doesn't own any #Bitcoin.

Probably the usual thinking that he is too late now ?

He never took the time to listen to my explaining and I stopped explaining.

He still drops a ball now and than, "you should build your dream house".

I can't bring up the energy to explain that it is not a sound investment anymore, and I also see the burden of owning something big and the money pit it will be.

Next I have to explain where I see Europe going and that home owners are already in the plan of being sucked dry.

I decided not to, let him enjoy his time, he worked hard to achieve what he has.

I only check his buys and $ price, just to conclude #Bitcoin is still ridiculous cheap.

It will change, just didn't expect others would let one company get soo much for that cheap 🤷‍♂️

They keep slowly dying, just like all other seasons.

They know it to, but you are not allowed to talk about it, or mention the alternative..... 🤷‍♂️

We are indoctrinated that interest is needed.

But what if it is not ?

Some religions, way older than our fiat system, forbid interest.

These system still work..

It seems logic there is a compensation for giving up money for some time and for the risk involved.

If that money can be created out of thin air, it is bullshit.

With a hard capped money supply where is the additional Bitcoin coming from ?

Why not become partial owner of whatever the money was needed for and in that way participate.

It will also prevent just creating money to throw at whatever just to get an economy going...

Value is a human concept.

If you ever have talked/discussed with others you will have noticed most have different opinions/believes/wishes/needs etc ?

So it shouldn't come as a surprise people value things differently.

Money is rather unusual thing.

Free trade is based on and only successful when two, or more, people don't agree upon the value of traded things.

Put simple both think they do a good trade/gain from a voluntary trade.

With money we need to more or less agree on the value.

For money to be successful most need to agree on its value.

Of course there are others, the usual like; easy to recognize, hard to counterfeit, divisible, etc.

For ease of use it is a natural preference we have one money worldwide (gold has gone through that natural selection process).

But humans can also be quite wrong (do I need to explain Fiat ?).

And that is the risk with #Bitcoin

Objectively it is the best Money available to mankind.

But if we are ready to embrace it, is not a forgone fact.

If we are this intelligent as we all think we are, how come we all happily accept Fiat ?

I love you and agree.

But if you think teaching #Bitcoin is hard....

Please give educating this a shot :

"What we need is a genuine desire as individuals to become better humans - to take responsibility for our actions, to practice real self-love, acceptance, forgiveness, kindness, and to believe we’re worthy of a life that’s peaceful, healthy, and full of love."

🙄🥰

People willing to pay, let alone obsceen amounts, for a JPEG that everybody can see, download, upload, reproduce, for free, are mentally retarded.

Do we really want those active on the blockchain 🤔

End of discussion 😡
