Many Texans are inundated with tropical milkweed at big box stores and it’s not cool anymore. Although I have free milkweed seeds the showy and common are native north of Texas and the aquatic milkweed is native in southeast Texas. My free milkweed seeds (https://www.growmilkweedplants.com/product-page/free-milkweed-seed) just aren’t a perfect fit.

Of those 38 milkweed I have seeds for eight species. Direct sowing I to the summer thunderstorms is the best way to get started.
There’s no algorithm. It’s social media like it was the 2000s. You find people online instead of people being fed to you.
