I use Fedora as my daily driver. That plus Xfce makes for a pretty lightweight yet sturdy OS. If I need a bleading edge package I’ll just compile from source.
The https://ublue.it Bazzite team have been busy collabing with ChimeraOS and others to get #fedora running on the deck. Lots of activity over the past two weeks, it's going to be great once they hit a stable release!

I had this issue on a T420s running Ubuntu, turns out the SSD was failing but SMART showed it was passing all tests. Yay technology.
It has, but not enough. I still use some browser extensions to improve my QOL. Enhanced GitHub, Refined GitHub, and Lovely Forks.
I’m still recovering from being in the hospital earlier this year so my garden didn’t really happen this but our #wildyard is full of sunflower, zinnia, field peas, rye, and such. Oh, and jerusalem artichoke has taken over my garlic bed which I was layering with compost before planting in the fall.

Uninstall the app when done testing. The picture is from using threads just a couple minutes. Normally I'd recommend accessing sites like these in #Firefox private mode, but threads doesn't work in the browser.

Highly unnecessary bloatware if you’re using Firefox and you’ve enabled Strict enhanced tracking protection and have uBlock Origin installed. 👍🏻
Right click on the browser toolbar, click Customize Toolbar. Then at the bottom of that screen select the Title Bar option. Should be good to go now. 👍🏻

Sunday I blended a package or our beef kidney and scooped out a spoonfuls onto parchment paper and froze them. Then I put it in a bag (and labeled them this time). I snuck one of them into the spaghetti we are and nobody knew! My goal is to sneak at least one per week into our meat.
The last time I had tried doing this I forgot to label it and when doing some baking took it out thinking it was chocolate. I stuck my finger in it and licked it and it was not what I was expecting. Because I had left it on the counter as long as I did I had to toss it all.

uBlock Origin on defaults + Strict setting for the #Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection. 🤙🏻 You can fiddle with uBlock settings for more protection but default works with less site breakage. 👍🏻
