Boosts are a v4v podcast thing.
Sort of the same process on different mediums.
Boosting doesn't involve nostr, zappping is only on nostr. But both are sats on LN.
It's sending sats & optional message (via lightning) to a #v4v rss feed like a podcast. Use Fountain or other podcast 2.0 enabled app.
It's amazing. Boosts get read on the following episode of lots of shows.

Had he been able to link up with the cypherpunks I feel he would be as legendary as H Finney and could have given an aesthetic cohesion to what they were doing.

The measuring stick of UoA from $ to BTC is the last function of money which is to be achieved. SoV is fully established, MoE still in the sub 1% range. These two must precede before it is possible.
It will flip one day but it's definitely a hard transition to make mentally after a lifetime of using that old dirty rotting green dollar.
Used to, at the end of '19. Took the risk on their yield products (very favorable outcome) and considered getting a collateral backed loan for buying our home. SO glad I didn't do the second one.
I've heard but not comfirmed their droppimg of the collateral loans. Don't care now.
Pulled all funds at the first inklings of what befell FTX etc. They ended up ok in that debacle but the months of not holding some of my keys had been enough.
I think they are basically reputable for what it's worth.
