Happy birthday, Monero! 11 years! ππ₯³π
There is a lot to say here about how important this project is for personal freedom, etc.
Thank you, dear Contributor for your contribution to XMR.

It's time to start my GrapheneOS journey. Any tips/recommendations for starting?
My plan:
1) Use the owner profile only for administrative purposes.
2) Whenever possible, use nostr:npub10r8xl2njyepcw2zwv3a6dyufj4e4ajx86hz6v4ehu4gnpupxxp7stjt2p8 and Obtanium.
3) Avoid unnecessary apps.
4) Don't be too restrictive; it's a midterm project.

Well, don't install software just for the sake of installing software.
That is, if you need synchronization between your devices, then look for software that will solve your problem. In this example Syncthing will solve your problem. But, if you don't need to have synchronization - don't just install some software.
If you need any specific software for a specific task, don't hesitate to ask.
That's where your tax fiat go. So the government can go after you.
It's been a pleasure using your service.
And thank you especially for your political stance.

1) get a shitty Telegram
2) find a local p2p/OTC chat and get USDT
You have them all over the world, from Asia to LatAm. But be careful, many of them are scams.
Pure agorism and ππ» to all regulators.
This is one of the most important projects from the Monero ecosystem - https://retoswap.com
How to buy XMR anonymously without KYC/AML?
1) Buy USDT for cash on the over-the-counter market
2) Use Retoswap to swap USDT β XMR

That's really cool.
Waiting for it in Monero. :)
Ecash-XMR... π nostr:note1zw5ykwapf7rqy6kmh9zw2g8dg5ljswvztpllf7j5lk7z5xewfjzqp3mjl5
This is very cool.
It would be nice to see more detailed information in the "Offline summary".
For example "Timelocked" replace with the exact date and time of ecash token generation. That way the receiving party would have more information not to lose money.
A cool and useful service. nostr:naddr1qvzqqqr4gupzqwwv20y78a75nq9jr049a0y2twwd7lax2w2rpddgym5265n3dpjkqqsrzcn9xd3nvetxxsmxyety8ycrjetxv56rjenrxa3kzde4xejrjvgpmrdh6
If you become a denimhead, and start spending thousands of dollars on quality denim - please don't blame me for that. π
Yes, I am that person who is obsessed with quality clothing.
Feel free to reach out for advice on brands and how to buy clothes properly.
Maybe someday I'll start my own clothing brand... but then I'll have to deanonymize and show myself to the world.
I will sew and sell quality clothes for crypto. :) nostr:note19m66cr08f587vu7sf4lj08xrwddz7h0lqhagn7f0mv6utth85ueqa8y5xm
If you're living in US - you have way more options than in EU... :)
No particular order, just what's coming to my mind:
Iron Heart (their N-1 jacket is fucking amazing)
Buzz Rickson's (awesome coats)
The Flat Head (leather jackets)
Freenote Cloth (their waxed canvas jackets are amazing)
Rocky Mountain Featherbed
Dehen 1920
Lewis Leathers (don't confuse with shitty "Levi's Jeans")
Those are the first ones I can think of.
**Just don't but mass market shit.**
Because you lose out on everything, from quality and money, to your time, because after ~1 year the thing looks like crap, and you'll look like crap in it, and you need to spend time to go and buy more mass market shit.
Buy only quality stuff that ages beautifully and that will last you for decades. Obviously, no t-shirt will last you 10 years, but you also shouldn't buy that H&M shit whose clothes aren't designed to be washed.
Tell me in more detail, what kind of things do you need? Jeans? Jackets? Shoes? T-shirts?
What this guy says - signing up is like paying by proxy (ie with your attention). If you want to support us non-monetarily would be great if you did, otherwise ghost auto generates RSS feeds; you can find ours at https://therage.co/rss
Sorry for the pong... Did you get 4 reactions to this post from me? [just testing some stuff]
Mass market clothing = crap.
"Luxury" brands = mass market clothing (just with premium price.
I wonder how many other people in the crypto/foss community think about clothing and its quality?
There are a lot of quality and very cool clothing manufacturers out there, buying which you are buying exactly *quality* and nothing more. Quality of materials + quality of work, nothing else.
But, it is many times harder to buy such clothes because you either have to buy online or travel very far..... sometimes even to a neighboring country (I'm talking about Europe now)
Because you need to monetize your work, and you need to show potential advertisers the numbers of how many "eyes" the ad will catch.
I've been told that activity in Nostr has really dropped after the hype. That's why I came here :).
I used Fediverse (Mastodon) for a couple years (Fosstodon.org instance), but when the war in Ukraine started, I wrote 1 post about Zelenskyy, that he's a fucking dictator.
But it turns out that the admins (leftists from USA) didn't like it and my account was immediately deleted.
I was too lazy to start my own instance and decided to leave distributed/foss social networks for some time.
Let's see how my Nostr journey ends :).
