Based on the half you read, is it worth the hype?

I've been sticking to the plan and have stayed logged out of Twitter this month. Two quick observations, one bad, one good:

1) I feel like I'm missing out on some good analysis related to the current banking crisis.

2) I'm not getting triggered by $ETH promoters and as a result I'm not wasting a bunch of time refuting their misleading Ethereum propaganda.

Wenn die Zinsen steigen hat der Handwerker nicht gleich Morgen keine Arbeit aber wird sehe schon jetzt das kaum Immobilien gebaut werden, bald wird er also keine Arbeit mehr haben.

Das alles dauert seine Zeit und wenn dann plötzlich die Auswirkungen da sind werden auch die Zinssenkungen nicht direkt wirken.

Weekend Nostr question: What's your diet and exercise routine like?

I'm 90-95% carnivore, workout every other day with x3 bands and take long walks on the off days. That's worked very well for me.
