I see fascism more as the extreme form of statism or technocracy. The idea that collective action by the state is the best way to achieve the "public good" or "general will". This necessitates that anyone opposed to the state is an enemy of all. That is why I disagree with your definition, because it has little to do with fascism in reality.
I never liked this view, but it should definitely exist. Cool concept.
I think your definition of fascism falls into the trap that anything bad is classified as fascist. Would you mind defining your terms?
Wow, lots of activity. Nostr is awesome.
I don't know the details, but it feels like a bot reposting stuff from mastadon accounts.
I find the mostr mastadon bridge unsatisfying. Would it be like that or offer better utility?
I actually disagree with this. Podcasts usually suffer when they have a video version. The mind subconsciously performs for the video media and leaves out cues they'd have in audio only. Not to mention showing a screen or graphic. I've found podcast quality has dropped since video became standard.
I agree that open source isn't a get out of jail free card. We should probably add additional distinctions on top of open source. Projects should be allowed to move fast while finding a userbase, but those shouldn't be lumped in with open source which is deliberate and legible.

I've been trying to understand farcaster in particular for a while now. It gives me centralization vibes but I haven't pinned down the exact problem. Do you have a quick takedown?
I use amethyst mostly, though I switch between coracle and primal on desktop. Also highlighter is great for the notes usecase, and there are several long form tools like habla.
Try different clients and some of the focused apps. It'll make clear the flexibility and probably get you looking at more docs about NIPs and such.
This seems to be a historical flow as well as a snapshot. It is a bit confusing which arrows are valid at what times. I might be failing to grok it though.
GO PACK GO!
Fedimint or cashu mint?
I've yet to come across a useful measure of tech debt. It is usually qualitative and subjective by the devs. I'd love to hear if others have approaches, specifically in the open source context.
