I'm new here and new to Bitcoin and I can't believe *any* bitcoiners aren't on Nostr.
You and I both! I'm convinced it's going to happen for me, either the easy way (step by step), or the hard way (chucking it, oops, into a bucket of salt water...but I think a hammer would be way more satisfying...)
Yeah, I have a landline already, and figured out real quick that if my family or close friends really need me, they have that number.
I've heard a lot about Graphene OS and that is definitely on my "to learn more about" list. Thanks for the input!
Trying to figure my way around Primal on desktop to decrease my use/dependence upon a smartphone. It was the more reasonable thing to do (vs. using a hammer upon my iPhone).
I'm also looking into a separate camera. If you have a recommendation for a small one that takes great pics, lemmeno.
Is anyone here living life without a smartphone? I want to learn from you 👇

Are you growing at least SOME of your own food?

I'm always surprised by who isn't here 🤔
I use Nomorobo for spam calls; it works great.
My issue is that I'm sensitive to whatever it is that causes my hands to ache while on and after I use my phone. It's awful.
The pigs left last week. Well, they didn’t actually leave on their own, say like when they were nine weeks old and had me chasing them both throughout the woods across acreages of multiple neighbors for a good five days. Rather, they were killed, gutted, and taken away by a young man with a white box truck and a big black dog to a locally owned abattoir, where the meat would get cut and wrapped into the portions and weights we chose.
It was hard.

Wasn't the game good? (I'm not real invested in the outcome; I just like a good game). Lots of great work done this weekend, ready to head home to my babies and get stuff done.

This weekend: diving deep into a business book (10x...) in a borrowed cabin, large white board (that's been full at least half a dozen times already), big cozy chair and lots of time and talking with my husband ❤️🍷
Yeah I always buy physical books, and I've stopped buying music off of iTunes. Slowly (and happily) building my vinyl collection. I've gotten rid of a lot of DVDs but I don't care about watching stuff as much.
Wow you got a lot of responses! First of all, I never buy into "I'm getting old"! That's poopoo talk 😂 Secondly, I second the diet response for potential inflammation. Third, find a principled chiropractor who gets to the root of the problem and doesn't just throw pillows and supplements at a problem. You've only got one spine! Take care of it and it will take care of you.
