For me: various pillows to get in a certain position but I've had broken bones (including coccyx) over the years so I can't be sure.
Cooling pillows make me happy on my head but one of my friends enjoys a heating pad on her shoulders to fall asleep too. It's made with rice & heated in microwave & she wraps it around her & falls asleep that way.
Meditation 🧘🏻♀️ has done far more for my physical & mental healing than anything I've tried. Mean it 🥰
I saw "survivor" in your profile. For my own healing: ❤️🩹 educating myself on where pain is (theoretically) stored in the body & working to release that has been beneficial. Focusing on a spot and imagining a loving light coming to extract it & transmuting it to goodness.
