Actually, it was an address I'd copied from a phishing scam. Sometimes I look at the addresses to see who's been scammed. In the process of consolidating recent txs I hastily pasted the address in and sent.
Yes, luckily for me, the transaction kept getting delayed because I'd only done a 2 sat fee.
