Für manche heiligt der Zweck die Mittel, für manche ist es normal (so wie man vielleicht auch erst später erkennt, dass die eigenen Eltern nicht unbedingt “normal” waren) andere werden eingeschüchtert und wollen nicht ins Gefängnis :D gibt viele Gründe aber deswegen bleibt es trotzdem unmoralisch

Wenn dich das tiefgehender interessiert, dann ist Ethics of Liberty von Rothbard ein gutes Buch, damit habe ich auch gerade erst angefangen.

1. Da hast du recht, das könnte man weglassen. Es geht rein um „initierende Gewalt“. Die von dir genannte Stelle ist nicht ideal formuliert.

2. Eine Androhung ist im Grunde nichts anderes als ein in die Zukunft verschobener Gewaltakt, der vom Eintreten oder Nichteintreten einer Bedingung abhängt. Beispiel: „Gib mir dein Geld, sonst erschieße ich dich.“ Auch wenn die Gewalt (noch) nicht ausgeübt wird, besteht eine unmittelbare Drohung gegen Leben oder körperliche Unversehrtheit.

3. Ziel ist es, objektive, universelle Prinzipien zu formulieren, um zu begründen, was als Gewalt bzw. unmoralisch gilt. Grundlage ist das Naturrecht: Jeder Mensch ist gleich und Eigentümer seiner selbst. Eigentum kann sich nur auf knappe Güter beziehen, also solche, über die Konflikte entstehen können. Emotionale oder psychische „Gewalt“ (im Buch also keine Gewalt) ist stets subjektiv, betrifft keine knappen Ressourcen und kann daher nicht im rechtsphilosophischen Sinn gestohlen oder verletzt werden.

4. Genau – siehe Punkt 3. Aber: Nur weil etwas nicht unter Gewalt im rechtlichen bzw. objektiven Sinn fällt, heißt das nicht, dass es unbedenklich oder moralisch akzeptabel ist. Es geht lediglich darum, welche Handlungen als legitime oder rechtswidrige Gewalt klassifiziert werden können, und diese Klassifikation muss auf objektiven Prinzipien beruhen. Moral bleibt subjektiv. Auch verbale Gewalt kann (und meiner Meinung nach sollte) gesellschaftliche Konsequenzen haben, zum Beispiel durch Ansehensverlust, Ausgrenzung oder Diskriminierung. Natürlich ohne initierende physische Gewalt...

Okay I still have “buts”:

- aggression would still not be legitimate, as the aggressor would be punished non the less (regardless if he finds eve fence or not

- information (here the evidence) is not scare? and thus no property.

- if the evidence would be uploaded to the internet, third parties would have gotten the information without aggression, and it could then be used legally

Also it feels wrong, but I now feelings are not objectively. But it’s basically saying, the truth does not exist legally.

Rothbard and Hoppe would argue, no. But this does not make sense to me. What is your viewpoint on that? This is not a deductive objective step anymore it seems to me

Defending is not the same as initiating violence. This is the difference why is not called aggression. :)

If you are pro non violence (as your profile says), then you have to defend against aggression. If you don’t, the aggressor has no consequences. 3D printer gives everybody the freedom, not to be in a disadvantage. Aka don’t bring a knife to a gunfight. Same rules for everybody.

Fiat is Fraud

In any voluntary exchange, each party trades something they perceive to be of lesser value for something they value more.

For this to occur, each traded good or service must embody value, typically through production, effort, or scarcity.

However, fiat money is created without effort, cost, or natural scarcity. It is, in objective economic terms, worthless.

The only reasons it functions as a medium of exchange are:

(a) Government coercion (legal tender laws),

(b) Mass deception: the belief that fiat money represents real value, or

(c) Both.

Therefore, every exchange involving fiat money includes at least one side trading something real for something artificially created – a transfer based on illusion, not value.

This makes fiat money not merely a flawed tool, but the basis of the largest systematized fraud in human history, where value is extracted by force or deceit, rather than by honest production and voluntary exchange.

In moral and natural law terms, all exchanges relying on fiat money are corrupted at their core and arguably void of full legitimacy.

What can I say, started to read The ethics of liberty by Rothbard!

To own justly is to have either produced or received through voluntary exchange.

But exchange itself depends on having something to offer and thus on prior production.

This makes production the root of all legitimate ownership.

Fiat money severs this link: it grants power to consume without the act of producing.

Hence, it is not just morally corrupt, it is objectively false.

Statists argue that initiating force is necessary to achieve peaceful coexistence. If that were true, then anyone could use force for that purpose, and the principle would at least apply equally. But in reality, only the state is permitted to initiate force. This reveals the principle as both logically incoherent and morally indefensible.
