Well dang. So much for simplex. Thought you could run your own relay? Nostr still the best hope for free speech.
That's very interesting. Would YouTube be trying to enter the adblock business? If you can't stop them, join them type of approach? Take one adblock being promoted, go on their site and try and see who owns/operates it. That can also usually be seen in the user agreement as you surely know.
Anyone have a link to the framework?

It wasn't just Elon Musk that bought Twitter.
Among the largest contributors was Larry Ellison, previous CEO of Oracle. Oracle not only contracts with the CIA, and sells browser fingerprints.. But Larry publicly downplayed Edward Snowden's leaks, and said the NSA spying was good.
You might think this is a lone incident with Twitter's takeover, now doing more data collection. But actually the VAST MAJORITY of services use browser fingerprinting, and aggregate data with each other. Probably most of the services you use are on this list, and these dirty tactics render most VPNs ineffective.

Spreading the good word! X is not a bastion of privacy. The World Economic Forums top priority now is "rebuilding trust". Funny how the CEO of X is a WEF supporter...
People who use and trust X are blindly falling into the same control trap they openly speak against.
Andreas is one of the greats. Thankfully, while physical cash has all but disappeared, digital cash is enabling the fire of freedom to burn brighter than ever. #Monero
Andreas loves it too. 😎

Bitcoiners should get comfortable with monero (NOT a shitcoin). Mining is CPU based, making it more decentralized and its privacy focused. Monero is BTC's little geeky cousin
Honored to meet you too norm.e
I'm sure you're aware of purism. They do a sleek little thirteen inch laptop with full management engine shutdown.
If you want it completely wiped (not disabled) you have to go with an old thinkpad x200. Those chipsets were the last ones with vulnerabilities that allowed ime to be wiped.
Taxes have to be paid in USD. This is Salvador caving to IMF

I too am very worried about this. Seems to me bukele got attracted by the capital investment. I'm pretty sure all IMF loans come with stringent dictates on how the funds are used so I doubt bukele could just dump a big chunk in btc. Sadly that's what it would take to bring back my confidence.
Sadened that bukele caved to IMF. Yes, requiring that all taxes be paid in USD??? That's caving to IMF pressure.
Nope. They use latest gen chips, or chips that can't be disabled. Good luck on your privacy journey friend. You will have to settle for an older chip. Starlabs and others
Resistance is Futile!
Cloudflare has become the modern-day Borg

This centralized all-seeing entity owns all your passwords and sees all your activity online.
Yet despite this being so invasive, many privacy groups and influencers use Cloudflare. It's like they've given up their individual autonomy, and had their minds captured to serve the all seeing empire.
In our team's brand new podcast episode, we discuss the rampant brainwashing by the Borg:

Good catch!! Even privacy and libertarian sites all use cloudflare.
This is indeed very disapointing. I was concerned when bukele accepted funds from the Chinese, and his the agreements with China behind a legal firewall for 25 years... And now this.
I get that he is doing what he thinks is best for his country... Likely he is disappointed with the btc uptale, the number of people who paid 1million for a passport, etc.
Maybe max and Stacy overpromised and underdwlivered.
The people can't pay taxes in BTC.
Are all elements interconnected? E. G. Is the Bluetooth element connected to the secure storage?
The device has many attack vectors, are there any airgaps in the device to limit something from being compromised?
To clarify my comment: Canadians and indeed most other citizens of other jurisdictions are not required to file taxes to a country they are no longer resident in.
I think us citizens forgot there was a time where they too didn't have to report to a government every year.
Its ridiculous that someone would have to file taxes to a country they don't live in. I don't know why us residents aren't up in arms about that. They literally can't leave the control of the IRS.
Global income tax is a bad idea. Every US citizen is required to file income taxes for the rest of their lives, regardless where in the world they live.
No. Thank. You.
This is a great comment.
We are witnessing the centralization of internet ISPs, for the sake of convenience.
Don't sell your soul to a quasi monopoly for convenient internet access.
