That said, here there is no CEO or board, there is no centralized server, there isn't only one onramp, there isn't the limitation of only going through walled garden app stores, and there is no way to delete content.
It isn't completely immune from government intrusion or overreach, but it is much harder to kill, harder to censor, and harder to manipulate.
Yeah. Behind the purist and zealous confrontation are often people that don't really know what it takes to run a business and see using platforms like X (now dogmatically anathema) for business as *selling out* or somehow not *truly* being missionally aligned with freedom tech.

I often think about this. It sounds elitist and unnecessarily condescending, like so much of what Twitter itself amplifies in people.

A handful of spot illustrations for The Dreamkeeper Saga, a YA fantasy fiction series from Crossway. It is a quirky and imaginative series, written in the spirit of Narnia, that draws from all manner of mythical, literary, and cultural sources. This makes it very fun to illustrate:
With five books at roughly 30 chapters each—one illustration per chapter—it is by far the most expansive illustration project I have worked on. It is also not my normal illustration style, so coupled with the constraints of black and white only and few to no portraits of human characters, it has been creatively stretching and formative.
