Yeah, sorry about the naked hex keys, it was vibe coded during lunch break and bech conversion was getting some problems. I thought about making it more universal, but the rules for bounties are quite diverse (zapping back reposts or just author, deadlines, zaps sent before the actual repost for some other reason and so on). Creating one tool to fit them all without an audience that would actually need/request that is not that fun, so hence the one-shot tool.

It's called rubber dome switch. There are two types. One just applies pressure and there are two foils with printed traces underneath, separated by isolation with holes just under the key. When you press it, it makes top and bottom layer connect. Second type (and by photo it's your case) has the rubber bubble conductive/has conductive spot inside. When you press it it against exposed traces under it, it connects and it reads a press. It's really widespread solution, but usually hidden.
If there is oxide build up on traces due to the water damage creating isolating layer, try rubbing alcohol and somewhat gentle scrubbing it with cotton sticks.

Zajímavá otázka. Aktuální situaci neznám, nicméně infrastruktura pro mobilní sítě je typicky jištěná minimálně akumulátory, v lepším případě generátory. Co se týká objemu dat, tak je méně náročné přenášet 10 hovorů přes whatsapp než 10 hovorů po regulární síti. Takže je větší pravděpodobnost že budou fungovat SMS(RCS)+data než hovory. ALE. Státy mají většinou nějaký režim nouze který mohou vyhlásit a jeden z domluvených operátorů může přejít do vyhrazeného provozu kdy poskytuje služby jenom omezenému kruhu čísel. V ČR to byl kdysi Eurotel, kdo a zda to někdo převzal po něm netuším. Tak či tak, hotovost pro první dny blackout se vždycky hodí...
