It is good to push your self, but it realistically can’t be done forever. Probably once or maybe twice a year could be beneficial.

I think that is a good idea. I remember reading years ago the muscles generally can handle the work but the nervous system needs more time to recuperate.

I couldn’t drink for years but the wife has it every day. I caved in, I don’t love it but I like the jolt it gives me different than coffee in some indescribable way.
