Never boxed did the taekwondo thing before we knew it was mostly bullshit, the kicks are legit the rest is nonsense.

I think you're very far ahead of me. I'm far from deadlift plateau but really excited to try swings. nostr:npub1vyrx2prp0mne8pczrcvv38ahn5wahsl8hlceeu3f3aqyvmu8zh5s7kfy55 sent me some good videos early this year about Russian training... so I'm excited to vary my routine next year with what you two are saying

That’s exactly it.

Although lovely to look at most of the benefits I have found come from swinging them around. 😂

Back when I did mostly bar bell lifts I was plateaued at particular weight on deadlifts for along time. I thought i peaked. i kept tweaking my back. I stopped and only did swings for a few months when I came back I set new personal best.

Best way to describe besides getting chiseled is I am feeling young.

The whole body just seems strong in a coordinated way. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hard to explain. But I am having a difficult time staying humble.
