Add in alcohol/drug abuse with those men who struggle with those issues then society has a major issue.

Being a history guy the fact that all these 3rd world countries who have struggle for far long enough will have equal opportunities to get on board. They are the ones who need it most. 3rd world countries have a huge opportunity to leap forward for the first time ever. The greatest shift in generational wealth will be world wide.
