I agree with you partially, but I am afraid artificial intelligence will make it worse. If you don't use it (thinking for yourself) you lose it (the ability to think for yourself) and ai will be biased to whatever info it is fed/ taught is correct.

I am a newbie this will be my first bull run (I watched it go down then back up) and I really don't have that many sats BUT for what my opinion is worth selling some (I assume you're not selling the lot) to secure a house that will be your home is what money, including hard money is for.
