Free markets are more productive because more ideas compete to provide value to you.

A global free market equals faster deflation with every person in the world becoming wealthier as the productivity gains flow to them in the form of lower prices.

But, that comes at a direct cost to those extracting value from the world through a control system that gains its power…..by stealing ours.

Our world and each of us in it makes perfect sense.

Just a mirror reflection of two different operating systems with the system you give your energy to, reinforcing your reality.

The one based on coercion, control, and scarcity! An extractive model, preying on fear while the majority make it stronger (in their minds) by their actions within it.

Or

The one based on truth, hope, and abundance. A cooperative model - where we see that we are all connected.

How do you have patience with people when you see your government putting all of the pieces together to literally destroy the lives of millions and then have to see people cheer for it, having no clue what they are doing?

I feel like I’m just getting angrier and shorter tempered with anyone pushing their political bullshit and it’s getting harder to reel it in.

Maybe I’m just in a bad mood with things that have been happening lately and I’m focusing on the wrong things, but Jesus it’s frustrating as hell.

nursing homes are so expensive they bankrupt our parents and grandparents

yet elder-care nurses are forced to use food banks to get by

child care is so expensive it's out of reach for single parents,

barely affordable even for 'middle class' parents

yet nursery teachers live on a pittance and have to scrape to survive

Democrats are and have been illegally importing voters in an attempt to change the demographics of this country so they can have a soft compliant base of underclass third worlders who will continually vote them into power.

All while screeching about “democracy” the very thing they are trying to destroy.

It’s all so shockingly evil and anti American and it’s hard to accept as reality, but it is.

Hard for me to respect anyone who aligns with it.

I am having my ass kicked by a severe sinus infection. I've had dozens of these over my life. Hell, I think I used to get one every fall. I have never, never had one like this. But I have drugs now.

What’s the first word that comes to mind when you see this?

Sometimes shit happens and it makes you feel like an idiot, and a failure. And you realize just how much you wasted and how much you promised that wasn't even close to where/what you thought it was.

Sometimes you put enormous amounts of personal capital and work into something and the results end up being "fuck all" and all you can feel is embarrassed, stupid, and angry.

I guess what I'm getting at is that's its ok ,and at some point that's just how shit is going to unfold if you try to do something useful.

Doesn't mean you will end up with what you hoped for, and that's really just part of the process most of the time.

"get back on the horse..." feels trite, but it's really all there is. Give up, or keep going are the options on the table.

I'm not fucking giving up so...

When you say that Nostr can’t scale or that it can be censored, what you are really saying is that an army of developers won’t find a way to relay notes and other stuff.

I’ll take the other side of that bet.
