400g of sour cream

150g of cream (curd?) cheese

Some chives OR wild garlic OR simmilar herbs

1/2 of onion, finely chopped

Pepper

Salt

Let it rest over night in the pasta sieve and over some cloth. Some of the liquid in the cheese will come out as a result, leaving you with a most delicious and smooth spread yoi can imagine.

I, on the other hand, spent most of this saturday trying to get of rid of like 50 kilos (~100lbs) of some asfalt isolation which I found on my new property.

Result? I visited 3 waste disposal facilities - one refused to take my waste and the other one was closed due to reconstruction. I was succesful on the third and as a gift I had to pay ~$20 for them to take it. Additional cost was around $30 for gas and two and a half hours of my life which I could spend doing anything else, which would certainly had more added value to my life.

You know what? You can stuff your #green #deal propaganda up your ass, next time I’ll dump it in the nearest thrash bin and spend some sacred time with my family.
