Ok yes, that's an okay schedule. Get it all done at once and then relax for a week so you can actually enjoy those whole days!
Yep, that's worse!!
When we first got married I had 3 months of work left, which included 12x2h weekends every 3rd weekend or so. It was brutal!
But hey, I left my husband alone at home so he fell into the bitcoin rabbit hole, so at least we got something good out of it.
But wow, 12h shifts as you normal?! Bless you man!! and your wife!
Yeah, I was wondering if that's part of why they get jobs. To keep themselves occupied so they don't miss their husbands the entire time.
I tried to translate one of my husbands books, but I ran out of the free usage, so it blocked me for 24h. I'm about to go incognito to keep going 😅
Yes!
If they have a 30 day return policy or something, if they have had no contact past that point, there's no need to keep any personal information.
It's 86f outside and we don't have AC. So he's kindly letting me chill at a Panera bread, while he takes orders and has a place to retreat to between orders to cool off.
Summer is coming fast and hard here so we're trying to make such as we can before we're heated out completely 😬
I miss my husband.
He's working, but he keeps coming by between orders if he has time.
How do other wives survive a whole 8 hours plus commute being apart from their husbands, 5 days a week?! 🤯
I do some of this. Part of it might have to do with personality type. My husband being an ENTP has the ability to basically see the blue print and where ideas come from and what they will result in if followed to their end. He sees things like that super easily compared to me, and ENFP. I talk, and then see if I agree with what I just said. Sometimes because he reacts to it and then I adjust, cause sometimes I use a phrase I've learned but he sees the fallacy in it, that I need spelled out. Once I've heard what's behind it, I quickly adapt, but it's a lot harder for me to see through things on my own.
Some things are super common, but once I start thinking about them, what I've observed in reality doesn't align with it, similar to what I think you're talking about.
Like stereotypes of men and women. Maybe some are common, but they're not 100%. Like, my husband never needs help finding something right in front of him, whereas my brother did.
Are you saying that the US is going to only supply real ID drivers licenses? When I last checked they still had a normal driver's license, but were promoting the real ID driver's license heavily. Is the old one going away on May 7th?
Last night I remembered that one time when we had a bat in our van!
As we were driving down a highway, windows down, I saw a dark shape fly into our van, seemingly landing by my husbands feet (driver's side) I made a noise that startled him, as he thought it was nothing.
We got to the store and all of a sudden I squeak again, as something flew around my head, towards the back of the van, again startling my husband 😅
I turn around to look cause I know it's something real this time, cause I felt it!
Then as I'm looking, I see a small black bat climbing up some boards we had leaning against the trunk door.
I told my husband and he saw it too, and realized I hadn't just been reacting to shadows 🤣
We got out and he opened the trunk door and the boards fell out and the bat flew away! 😅🤗
Sure, can I have one too? 😃
Ah, thanks! Yeah, he might have been mixing things too 😅
While translating text between two languages, it behooves me to read the English part in English 😅🤣🤣🤣
Have you ever noticed how many clothes come from Asia when shopping? Occasionally, something comes from South America, but to find clothes made in the USA from USA materials is almost unheard of nowadays.
I don't know that much about drugs. Is speed the one they call acid? But yeah, whatever it took is certainly a speed inducing kind! 🤣
God is more real and way more good than most churches.
Paul even confronted people who were stuck on who they followed having forgotten about Jesus as God, and the real one to follow.
Church can be great, but they're not perfect and too many people are hurt by the church, and then leave God because of it. They're not the same.
The church is under God, not above it.
It's better to love and know God than to go to a church you don't like.
Church is not really a good representation of Jesus.
It's a bit like the people who get into crypto because they've heard of something new and good, but don't understand that bitcoin is the real thing, and they thing they have the real thing when all the have is crypto...
Last year I told my niece if she went through nostr:npub1ahxjq4v0zlvexf7cg8j9stumqp3nrtzqzzqxa7szpmcdgqrcumdq0h5ech's Swan course I’d pay her $1000 in BTC.
She did it and it’s now worth $2000.
She just finished school for the year and she asked to do some more Bitcoin studying.
What should I have her do now?
She’s 20 years old.
Get her on Nostr? 😃
Having grown up in Sweden, I got curious about the difference in vaccine schedules for babies, so I asked Grok.
Turns out that in 2016 they started giving hepatitis shots. In 2015 they imported a ton of middle easterners...
Your 3rd point seems very accurate in this case! 😑
Did you ever see the Energizer bunny commercial?
It just hit me that it was a low key drug commercial, cause the bunny was on acid 😇🤣🤣🤣🤣
