What is the best bitcoin payment processor to accept large payments in?

Swiss Bitcoin Pay allows you to blend receives in btc and your fiat of choice to a bank. The btc can go to any static LNURL address.

When I visited Oxford and the Cotswolds I felt like I had come home from a long journey, it was very cosy. Didn't spend much time in London but I could see living there for a bit.

Shitcoins were always going to exist, especially the dollar. I've heard every shitcoin say they were "backed" by bitcoin and they all end the same way getting wrecked. Very few people actually learn from their mistakes.
