Your local model is not evolving. It is static and "offline". The learning process is what the creators of the models are dealing with. The outcome of that process is the AI model what can be used.

It is a huge model. Like 40Gb of data. Its all in there. It was learning on huge amounts of data in a really performant datacenter.

So if you are running LLM AI modells at home, all the data stays at home. Great for privacy.

Also be careful, as AI can write you bullshit with great confidence.

My opinion is that using AI is messing up your way of thinking. It will stuck in your head and you will think any ways to utilize AI in your works. I do use it for coding, some may use it for writing emails. Does not matter, it will invade your thinking.

Also try to run your models at home.
