Yea it might just be hard to find people in general that have done the inner work to be ready for something real. Humans exclusive a lot of suffering and trauma and if they haven't developed the tools to be healthy in relationships they end badly. I feel like a lot of people have given up on that in these dating scenes just due to how unhealthy people are in mind, body, and soul.

I had to do a lot of work sitting in vipassana for years and doing other various types of meditation to go through all that stuff and it wasn't until a few years ago that I finally felt I was ready after recognition of anatta happened on my 30th bday in the midst of the worst depression I ever went through.

I agree but certain cognitive models seem to attract usually the opposite. For example the girls I usually attract are enfp or enfj. Not That I even filter for them but it's a subconscious thing. I can usually guess their Myers Briggs after talking to them a bit and a lot of times they are shocked that I'm right lol.

It does not give way to misunderstandings that arise from craving attachments to the world which cannot be overlooked by ordinary beings. Such as this is, enlightened resources are perfectly dynamic and unrestricted in their interactions and interrelations.

The enlightened faculty of every being has equivalent resources at its disposal. Just like Shakyamuni, through the teachings of the Lotus Period we can draw from the resources of the Bodhisattva’s of the Earth.

Yea I think it's the messed up incentives for the company running the platform. It's not profitable for them to actually help people find love. I also don't like how it incentivizes the swipe culture either as someone who appreciates genuine human connection and can't stand vapid and shallow mindsets that things like tinder incentivize people towards.

Honestly if I could choose this is one of my first ideas for what to design but the timing would also need to be right to find a market large enough to steal the network effects of those platforms.

I see that as the future of dating, employing ai to find matches based on your preferences and getting rid of these shitty gatekeepers at bumble, tinder, etc. Just recently got back in the game from a ltr and I hate how they rarely show you your matches unless you pay their extortion level prices. Honestly Facebook seems to be better than any of them to me. At least they don't try to extort you.

Honestly though I can't wait for nostr to get popular enough to combine it with ai for dating matches.
