Been watching older Brit TV detective/ thriller series from 90's. I'm a bit of a scratched record, but be careful of unintended consequences of an extreme diet, at least long term. Feeling physically good and being healthy aren't the same. Rather than just listening to your body, get regular top notch blood tests, where they check as many minerals, vitamins as possible. Here in Spain getting testing is no big deal, especially if you are over 50. Should have been more on top of it, and spotted the cause of misfires years ago

My observation is that novices should always start a garden small and as close to your house as possible. The least friction improves your chances of getting hooked on gardening. Then extend.
