That sounds like the kind of beef I’d be interested in buying. 2026 is a great timeframe for me to pick up my next whole beef. I just ordered a whole beef from my regular local rancher. What part of the world are you located in?
Where do you get your beef from? Do you raise it yourself? How is it raised? What supplemental feeds do you use? What vaccinations do you give? Do you give any medication’s as preventives?

Firefighter: We were handing out water when a call came in about a collapsed house with someone inside. Our incident commander went to the FEMA incident commander and said “we got chainsaws and other rescue equipment, let us help.” The FEMA commander said “No, we got this, why don’t you go home”

Avocado trees can be kept to a manageable size with pruning. Variety also plays a role. Some varieties grow in the shape of a tall spike, others grow outwards.
Banana plants are another good option. their unique shape and trainability gives you the opportunity to plant an odd shaped spaces. My favorite variety when I lived in San Diego was a dwarf red, super sweet.
I have a hard time understanding why people don’t like writing negative employe reviews or firing people. You have the chance to give someone non-emotional feedback to better themselves and if they take it personally they have a bad way of approaching things and you should probably go ahead and turn that negative review into a a dismissal. Once I adopted “hire slow fire quick” approach to employees, and let them know my approach during the interview process, my productivity, employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction have all increased.
My belief is that if an employee can’t meet the expectations that were given to them, in writing, read to them and discussed during the interview process then they are stealing from me. Especially if I took time to train and coach them.
If you tried to help this person and they didn’t take advantage of the help you offered then they are the ones who should feel bad, not you. It’s not your responsibility to fix people.
Yep, not only animals but farm products as well. Some of the best wine I’ve ever had came out of a small producer that always bought their grapes from whoever got the blue ribbon for grapes at the country fair.

Sounds to me like you need to surround yourself with a better class of people. 12 years ago I had nothing and was food insecure. I was 38. Divorced, bankrupt, and my kids slept on mattresses that I got free off of craigslist. Some nights, the only food we had to eat was what I grew in my garden.
The kids: what’s for dinner tonight? Me: zucchini. The kids: zucchini and? Me: maybe a little butter and salt that I have saved up.
Today I own three houses, two of them paid off and two commercial buildings, which are also paid off. Two trucks a jeep and a motorcycle, all paid off.
I’m basically semi retired and spend most of my day working on my Homestead. I’m not lucky, I earned everything I have. For a while I worked two jobs, and ran my own business. Some weeks, every waking moment was attributed to work. 80, 90, sometimes 100 hours a week went towards work. Have you ever worked 22 hours in a day just to go home, shit, shower, and shave just to turn around and go right back out to work? I doubt it.
You can have anything you want, you just have to put your mind to it. You have to put in the time and the effort. Eight years ago, when I was your age, I spent a day moving 90 pound bags of cement for an extra $300. The next day I needed a handful of ibuprofen and Tylenol, along with 3 cups of coffee just to get out of bed.
If you’re not working that hard, you’re just complaining. You can have anything you want. $300 earned equals $2400 in real estate leverage. I’m happy to teach you everything I did, all you have to do is ask.
I don’t know what veterans you’re talking about but I volunteered for my service. It was an honor and a privilege to serve. Those that milk the system for benefits are a big part of the Fiat problem.
I don’t know, I put 30% down on a rental property with a 3% interest rate on a 30 year mortgage. I’m basically arbitraging the dollar since inflation is higher than my interest-rate. The dollars I earn on that property are stronger than the average dollar which I then convert to hard money: 70% bitcoin 30% precious metals. Metals being gold, silver, and copper jacketed lead :-)
Serious question, in the long run why does UTXO management matter? Once the subsidy is gone competition will drive miners to have the lowest fees possible. If we’re all really “never gonna sell” and we are all practicing “seven generational thinking” then why would I give a single sat up in order to consolidate UTXOs? My grandchildren will by a house with the number of sats I would spend on consolidating a couple of $100 UTXOs. It seems nearsighted to me and is probably mining company propaganda.
She is huge! Just under 2 years old and around 500lbs. This is her second litter and she’s a good mom. I’ve had a couple of “heritage” breeds, and they were good pigs. However, local stock that comes from people that have been living a traditional lifestyle in the area for generations can’t be beat.
