"Moving forward, Daylight Computer is officially back on sale – permanently – with no more deposits. This marks a serious milestone in our fulfillment capabilities, and is part of our promise to make the DC-1 more widely available."

I've been using mine primarily for reading and taking notes with bookmarks. Been great to keep the font and size the same between books and have a paper-like reading experience. I haven't delved too much into ebooks until now. Planning to use it for more, however haven't figured out a stand and keyboard setup for it yet.

I have these two items and like the setp 🙂

Usually I have a better setup but currently on the road so working with what I’ve got. I do yoga daily to correct and have improved my pasture significantly over the last decade ☺️ this chair was much too high for the table.

Most of it is soy fed garage 😂 If it were properly raised then I wouldn’t hate on it so much lololol

What an exciting countdown!!!! You’re going to LOVE IT!

When two Bitcoin-loving, mitochondriac, methylene blue loving monkeys meet in real life at 13°N 😉🐒🌊

Thank you Nostr for connecting nostr:nprofile1qqsph6fjv9504a84auv8wz43v0lzcf4uqjwjz2vpscmhehqr80mfv9qp7xdfg and I! Forever grateful 🧡

Pretty much haha. I personally wouldn’t recomend strapping technology to your body. I’m the kind of person that turns WiFi off at night and unplugs everything in the bedroom before going to sleep. My phone goes in a faraday cage too.

After college my alcohol consumption lowered tremendously and I would maybe drink a handful of times each year. Not a huge fan of Huberman anymore but ever since I listened to this podcast I haven’t had even a sip of alcohol. It’s been almost 3 years.

Here’s the summary of what he covers: “In this episode, I discuss the physiological effects that drinking alcohol has on the brain and body at different levels of consumption and over time. I also describe genetic differences that predispose certain individuals to alcoholism, binge and habit-drinking. I explain alcohol metabolism in simple terms and how it effectively acts as a poison, leading to cellular stress and damage. I then explain that it impacts neuronal function and changes our thinking and behavior – hallmarks of inebriation. I also discuss how alcohol consumption of different amounts impacts inflammation, stress, neurodegeneration, and cancer risk and negatively impacts the gut microbiome, brain thickness, hormone balance, mood and feelings of motivation. Additionally, I discuss the biology of hangovers and describe science-based strategies to mitigate the severity of a hangover. Since alcohol is one of the most widely consumed recreational substances, this episode ought to be of relevance to everyone. Indeed, even low-to-moderate alcohol consumption negatively impacts the brain and body in direct ways. The goal of this episode is to help people make informed decisions about their alcohol consumption that are in keeping with their mental and physical health goals.”
