Don't use Primal. The personal info you entered is known as KYC and is an invasion of your privacy. You don't have to do that on other apps like Amethyst and Damus. It's also buggy and dorsnt work v well. Hence your other isssues. Welcome to Nostr where we care about privacy!

The usual way things like this work is they make it convenient to sucker in users then use that in malicious ways.
Amethyst does one touch zaps. Coracle.social does also. That's not a feature exclusive to Primal.
They certainly could with Nostr.
Assume all KYC will be used nefariously. It's hard cos we swim in it but best to resist in ways we can imo.

I think it's about touch points. Those that don't come now but heard about it will hear about it again sometime down the road and come on board. That's how bitcoin usership/understanding works also.
Well the way its written it can apply to covered companies not related to Bytedance. Constitution gets broken all the time. Cases sometimes go to court for these breakages but by the time it's decided upon the damage is done.
