Nice, ok. Eye of round is great as a standalone roast. I'd oil, season & sear the outside. Transfer to a baking pan with whatever veggies & let it roast uncovered for + or - an hour at 350. Check temp a little early so your center can stay med-rare to rare.

The chuck... you can make so much good stuff out of that. Mississippi pot roast. Birria. I could go on. You can cook that wet or dry, in the Dutch oven until it falls apart. If you want simple salt & pepper, make it dry, sear, covered, 30 min per pound at 300. Check it. It'll completely give up & fall to pieces when it's done.

Imo. As long as the app you’re using is open source it’s quite easy to feel comfortable with the app storing your key as long as it’s done properly. For instance on iOS I would expect it to be stored in keychain properly.
