Every single one of you needs to get a test done to understand your personal #epigenetics, at least to the extent available now. I am a walking talking real life example of the benefits of the information gained from the results of my tests. The one linked is the best I have found so far.

I have issues in my dopamine pathway which had been getting worse and worse over the recent years and I can see the cycles I have gone through my whole life. My head space getting darker, angry, frustrated, and completely introverted. Lashing out at my family, maintaining few friends, chronic sleep problems, eczema flares, and many more problems stemmed from the deficiency.

I have now been taking modafanil in 50mg to 100mg doses for a month and it has changed my life. It is a dopamine reuptake inhibitor which gives me more of the dopamine in my head to work with instead of just flushing it through. I don't need the serotonin like I do the dopamine. My sleep was so bad I was getting 6ish hours and absolutley unable to go back to sleep in the mornings. Now I am sleeping 8 hours and able to fall alseep after waking at 5am. My interactions with my family is FAR more gentle and metered, I'm not as mean to them since I'm not feeling "sick" without knowing the reason.

My mental health was not good. Not a "crisis" level by any means but an absolute issue that was effecting my life and those around me. I have truly raised the bar, raised the lowest level I feel by a dramatic amount. #Modafanil is used "off label" for ADHD as a maintenance level dosage and holy wow does it work for me in exactly the way I need.

Please, everyone dig into your genes and hormones, it can change your life.

I can't help myself from beating myself up these days. I just have shit to do and need it done before winter gets here. After running the magnet through the dirt of the shed I got to shoveling it out. I managed to get it lifted to past level to ease the shoveling a bit but still have oodles of dirt left to move. The fan helped with the dust for the most part but the heat of the afternoon whooped me and chased me out. I will get back at it this morning while it is cooler.

I'm sure this isn't everything as SO MANY sites came and went that I used a few times, which is why it doesn't matter they aren't on the list.

After getting the 1kw motor ordered yesterday morning I went out and tore down my old gas scooter to prepare it for the electric conversion. This will be my transport between launch and landing sites while #paragliding and will have more than enough torque to get me up the hills with likely about 4 or 5 hours of ride time possible.

The shed is empty and the old rabbit cages removed. Such a dirty mess and I am now to the unfortunate stage of having to shovel more dirt. The inside needs a foot of dirt removed before I can lift the building into level. My back is already sore and hurts even more just thinking of what lays ahead of me.

Farming, but "making money" is VERY subjective and it more comes down to saving money.

It took a while yesterday to gather all the various pieces of OSB and haul them to the yard but I got the wall installed on the shed and have it covered in Tyvek. Ran the power as it got to evening so I gained lights inside once more. It has been a bit like lipstick on a turd but for an 80ish year old shed one can't expect too much. I have to finish emptying it so I can lift the rest of it to bring it to level all around.

Finally fixing my Dopamine levels

For Labor day I labored at building the shed wall. It eventually managed to come along okay and I got the window installed before calling it a day yesterday. In making the wall level I ended up with the shed leaning perpendicular to the wall... The eventuality is that I will empty the shed and raise the back side so the entire thing is leveled out. For now though I want this wall finished.
