Up 40lbs since February. Really sudden change in my bodies response to training compared to prior years. I've changed a lot, hard to know which of these was the main factor but here's the list

- Sun Maxxin and strict circadian lifestyle

- Balanced GABA<>Glutamate, big drop in cortisol

- Testosterone significantly higher due to sun, lower cortisol, and gluconic acid<> lignan fiber estrogen flush

- Upped Magnesium, Taurine, and Glycine materially

- Focusing more on eating 5k calories per day and recovery than training

- Training is high intensity, low volume

Used to be hard for me to bulk, I am 6'5 historically skinny. No longer! Some sort of switch flipped

Recently, I integrated Copilot into Xcode and began leveraging ChatGPT-4 for coding assistance. It's been transformative. The feeling is like capturing the best of pair programming without any of the fatigue. Gone are the days of getting lost in StackOverflow or wrestling with Apple's less-than-stellar docs. While it doesn't always know best, it certainly has a better grasp of the little details that I sometimes overlook. So much less time spent scratching my head wondering what the heck is going on. The shift in my coding experience has been immense.

I’m really starting to fall in love with everything bitcoin represents and I want to incorporate it more into my life. As some of you may already know my day job is photography, I have done event photography in the past, but I never felt connected to the events so they were not “inspiring”. However @Duches told me there are Bitcoin meetups / events and I think a bitcoin event or meetup would be inspirational for me and I would love to do photography at a bitcoin event or meet up.

Do you guys have any recommendations or suggestions as to how I could get involved here?
