The is a certain law that is in play in the workshop…
I call it the Horizontal Surface Law.
This law states that all horizontal surfaces in any workshop can and will collect clutter to the point of not being usable anymore.
Case on point my main work table this weekend.

Today, I gifted Katie this beautiful painting created by nostr:npub17nd4yu9anyd3004pumgrtazaacujjxwzj36thtqsxskjy0r5urgqf6950x. I took this photo when we were on a family vacation in Uvita, Costa Rica in January. Katie's been wanting a painting for our living room. Isolabell brought it to life for us and I was able to purchase it thanks to Bitcoin and Nostr. 😍 Thank you.

Pro tip:
To clean up pet “accidents” on carpet use a shop vac.
Take the filter out. Then use a solution of hot water and a smige of soap. Scrub the area with the solution wetting thoroughly. Then suck it out with the shop vac. Then repeat.
Just takes a couple of cycles to clean the carpet very well.

I agree. When you feel the difference in not having algorithms. You notice. I have, there is a vast difference between nostr and twitter. Twitter is just trying to manipulate you into premium.
Nostr is very special because…
There is no manipulation through an algorithm.
It’s completely organic like the town square.
We don’t disagree. It is going to happen in the right timing. Nostr is an experience the other socials do not have. Most people can feel what is happening at Facebook etc. but just don’t know what else is out there.

Nostr is my first real jump into social media, so i don't have much to compare it to. However, I have other accounts set up now in X, linkedin, etc.
To me nostr is the most organic experience by far! It feels very much like a town square. The is no algorithm to control you.
This I feel, is the best attribute to nostr. There is nothing controlling you.
The geewiz features will come in time... However, lets not overlook what we have.
I true digital town square. This is what is what is needed to counteract nefarious forces trying to heard us into a future dystopia.

There is one story from history that truly resonates with me…
That is Plato’s allegory of the cave.
If you are not familiar, within the cave a group of prisoners are shown images that an unknown authority wants them to see.
The prisoners only see shadow representations of real objects cast onto a wall.
One prisoner escapes an sees the real world beyond the cave. He comes to know what true reality is like.
With this new knowledge he makes his way back to the cave to inform the prisoners left behind.
He is met with hostility and disbelief.
This allegory perfectly describes our world today.
