His second point is hilariously stupid. Anyone can write a jpg into a block. That doesn’t make it scarce! If we both write the same image into a block how will we adjudicate the rightful owner? That’s right, through litigation - litigation controlled by external centralized legal structures and entities who supposedly claim they have authority over the rights.
