I find my anxiety is 'smart' in that after some time of doing one particular method it becomes less effective so I need to come up with new ways or ways I haven't done in a while to carry on the benefits. Tricky game! I haven't done breath work in a while but I should revisit. Weed takes me in all sorts of diff directions other than calming but Mushrooms and Ayahuasca seem to work for me.

An acquaintance of mine had an interesting take on these types of things. He thinks that the govt has factions and that what was the lesser faction over the last several generations is now becoming more and more powerful and influential as the older ones fades out. So, he'd say that Milei is a member of the new faction and so is WorldCoin douche (Altman?) and they are both part of the 'new establishment' and opposed to the 'traditional establishment' at the same time given the old faction is kind of also the traditional power behind the establishment. Thought it was interesting take quite ahead of its time.

Learned an interesting metric today which many of you will probs already know, The Schiller PE Ratio which among other things measure if the stock market is over priced or not.

This ratio is 35 today when much lower in the past meaning the price of stocks is very high compared to the profits they actually produce. Guess this is why they say Stocks are a Ponzi Scheme?
