Supporting a decentralised future of sound money and technology. Study Bitcoin. Run a node! ITM!

His buddy thinking: "what silence?"

Not to take away from the message, but the sub-context just made me chuckle.

Prob written by a bot looking to shill a specific coin in the end.

I try and keep my buys to a few hundred dollars or more. UTXO management can get pricy with higher fees. My exchange of choice has a $200 minimum for on-chain so it works well.

I watch price TA a bit and buy the dips or bottom of price ranges. If I end up watching for a week or so and nothing is materializing I just smash buy since I know I'm playing around with small price changes usually (aka sideways chop) and it's a waste of my time to watch charts all day. (it's fun to snipe lower prices in small doses and usually helps cover most or all of the exchange spread).

And I helped!, but that was many, many weeks ago. Liked that they had extensions on mobile, but the now I've got Amber. Their site security permissions are kinda messy.

Solution: Stop being stupid.

Thanks for mentioning Open Snitch, gonna check that out.

That's what I would figure. The requesting app would be the one doing the connecting.

Then they get popular and then you all say the same dumb things about them selling out and getting co-opted. Just push cypherpunk ideas and build/fund tools that are line with that.

Chocolate

Apple. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yeah and so neutral. Proton is having to moving all its servers elsewhere because of pending laws.

You can't just NOT READ the instructions. RTFM. Set it up, test transaction, recover it.

This is why you also test to make sure it works before you dump a bunch of money into a wallet...

That is really bad. If the transaction isn't through a bank it could instantly be targeted? I can see the fence being erected.

## Verifying the release

In order to verify the release, you'll need to have `gpg` or `gpg2` installed on your system. Once you've obtained a copy (and hopefully verified that as well), you'll first need to import the keys that have signed this release if you haven't done so already:

``` bash
gpg --keyserver hkps://keys.openpgp.org --recv-keys 44F0AAEB77F373747E3D5444885822EED3A26A6D
```

Once you have his PGP key you can verify the release (assuming `manifest-v3.4.2.txt` and `manifest-v3.4.2.txt.sig` are in the current directory) with:

``` bash
gpg --verify manifest-v3.4.2.txt.sig manifest-v3.4.2.txt
```

You should see the following if the verification was successful:

``` bash
gpg: Signature made Fri 13 Sep 2024 08:06:52 AM -03
gpg: using RSA key 44F0AAEB77F373747E3D5444885822EED3A26A6D
gpg: Good signature from "greenart7c3 "
```

That will verify the signature on the main manifest page which ensures integrity and authenticity of the binaries you've downloaded locally. Next, depending on your operating system you should then re-calculate the sha256 sum of the binary, and compare that with the following hashes:

``` bash
cat manifest-v3.4.2.txt
```

One can use the `shasum -a 256 ` tool in order to re-compute the `sha256` hash of the target binary for your operating system. The produced hash should be compared with the hashes listed above and they should match exactly.

Nice. Full instructions even. Unable to zap. ๐Ÿ˜ข

Time slots do populate. I got one of my coworkers to create an account and then she could take a time slot. So maybe my wife was not signed in.

I see that if someone creates a key on the site, I see they get a prompt to download their key. I don't see a way currently to get your key if you miss that prompt, correct?

Sharing again cause this is going to be a good resource for business owners who take scheduled appointments, like yard maintenance, doctors, health providers, bitcoin guides, etc. Still rough around some of the edges, but a cool use case for nostr, events and payments all in one.

I like that it has the public events calendar as well.

The more I think about it, the more things I find to laugh at.
