Iris feels different that amethyest idk why, maybe different relays. Other than that its all well. Obviously all the clients feel different in contents i guess that is how its supposed to be for eg primal is way different than amethyest. I guess its how it works.

If these new users can't or don't do that don't expect them to stick around. Onboarding MUST emphasize building connections.

What! some of the courts are using linux, Libre office i knew those, 13% is rather quite good adoption. Absolutely agree on everything. But why does the application of laws depend on the status of a person? Doesn't treating high ranking officials differently than normal citizen break the "Rule of law" Equality before the law.
One could argue on lines of the 'victor's rule' (I coined the term here just for brevity), they won so they can do what they want. But it does feel wrong.

But it should not be the case. The and is there because in certain cases 90 days in prision is not enough of a punishment so add 100$ and, "or" is there because in certain situation the 90 days in prision is too harsh of a punishment. Usually there is also "Upto" in beginning. This accounts for situations and facts in a crime and is judge's discretion to choose from. Not every crime is same so gives a certain leeway for a judge to choose from.
The fine is also stuck there it cannot increase as it has to account for the poor too. Certainly if restitution was to be given for 90 days it will not be just 100$.
Just my opinion some Jurisprudence guys can chime in, it's not really my are. My explanation sounds logical to me tho.
