Yes, that's one work flow. The web of trust and reputation will help. But think about how adsense works. You dont validate every impression and clicks, you more have a campaign and it gets matched to properites. You then get to see if it was effective or not. I think what you're saying is that you need to add some key performance metrics. If so, I totally agree.

Then your app show this order as “ready for work” or something. And then participants can take that order in work. They can constantly stream their progress and once they reach 1000 they get automatically paid

The thing is, if my assumption is correct that you get sats because you host the app, then you must validate workers results to maintain your reputation. There are probably infinite ways on how to validate, simplest are like:

1) KYC workers on sign up to check their skills etc and if customers complain, figure it out with workers what was wrong

2) once worker submitted score 1000 validate actual results for instance by manually scanning random 100 records and penalize worker if errors found

At the moment I dont need this. But let's say someone wants to pay 200k sats for some work. I could probably finish a decent task in that time, like to make the prototype of an app. There will be a market for this, so that if the payer is satisfied they'll buy more, or increase the rate. If they are not satisfied they will go elsewhere. The system will evolve, especially as it will include humans and machines doing tasks, and machines can validate work. Humans can validate the work of machines. This is indeed a vital part of the workflow. Or marked zaps can replace validations.

I have a middleware process that operates an accounting system. It has its own assets, liabilities and balance sheet. My projects are categorized into certain pools. So if I am hired to do something the funds will come from there, but if I am working on my own project, it will come from a ring fenced part of my savings. And so on. But the system is multi user, so any new job I can plug into the system and adjust the sats based on what I know I can produce, and what is expected.

I'm now connected to my own private relay which i use to measure my productivity with gamestr. On average I send one (replaceable) event to my relay every minute. I'm rewarded about 500 sats (custodial) for that. So far today, I have earnt 185k sats worth of work, that has been streamed to me in over 300 transactions over nostr. It's really great. I look forward to the day that everyone works in this way.

Absolutely not. Governments are, with extraordinarily rare exception, unproductive leaches. They steal through taxes and inflation. They wage forever wars. I could go on and on.

I believe Russia's intention with Ukraine (based on what actually happened) was to create a land bridge to Crimea to ensure they always had unrestricted access to Sevastopol and their only warm water port. Ukraine used to always be friendly with Russia and Russia has rented that area for a long time, consistently occupied that port for hundreds of years. But once Ukraine was being courted by the EU and NATO, that threatened Russia's access to that port.

I think all the claims about protecting people in the Donbass, de-Nazification, etc, was just a sales pitch to the public. Russia achieved it's aims and I think Ukraine and Russia will settle and put a border along the current battle lines with some negotiated small regional variations.
