I use this for heel lifts and there's two levels essentially so you can target the range of quad & hips.

Goblet squats have been flat footed so far but I do really want to get some ramps or w/e they’re called.
My biggest area of work needed is hinge mobility/strength. It’s gotten better but it’s something I want to build intentionally.
Yeah I bought some things to work out at home and aside from adding plates or heavier DBs or KBs, I’m all set. Just a mindset question moving forward.
