Why are you sad?

Working as a creator without sponsors is hard… ngl.

The opportunity costs are immensely high especially when you could stack bitcoin.

But I believe playing the long term and building on V4V will ultimately be the playbook for creators.

I’ll try the V4V way until it’s not bearable anymore 😂😂

I am now a freelance bitcoin journalist, content creator and MC.

I stepped back from Cointelegraph as an employee on Monday.

Feels really really good.

I’ll earn less but it’s hopefully worth it.

I will still share content on their platform at times as I believe it’s worthwhile getting bitcoin only content on the largest crypto000 platform.

However, all documentaries, longer videos and educational/how to content will be published on my channels including Youtube.

Naturally I will be reaching out to sponsors. They must be bitcoin-first companies as well as products or services that I use on a day to day basis.

I’m also going to try to crack TikTok. I want to reach more normies in 2024.

Thank you for your support, Nostr frens.

When you lose weight by burning fat, where does the fat go? How does it get out? Most people think we sweat it out, but no: we **breathe** it out.

Your body uses carbohydrates for energy, and when you dont eat enough, your body burns fat. Fat is stored as triglycerides, which are made of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen and metabolized into carbon dioxide and water. When you lose 1kg of weight, you literally breathed out 840g of weight as CO2. The remaining 160g turns into H2O and is peed out.
