My knee injury is getting better and better by the day, and now even by the hour.

Finished with cold therapy, on Sunday, and began warm therapy, on Monday, as the doctor recommended.

Today, I was back at work, for the second time since the injury. It went well, although I could feel the knee being worn, after just 40 minutes of walking.

If the recovery continues like this, I should be back in the gym, kicking bags and pads, by next Tuesday 🤞🏻

Had a guy call me a "brokie" because I said I enjoy cooking my own food, instead of ordering takeaway or going to the restaurant.

Don't know about you, but, for me, cooking gives me a way to connect with my food and it's a creative activity.

So, here's my meal for this evening. First meal of the day, mind you.

Beef & lamb burgers with bacon & halloumi+ crispy & fresh onion

I like to mix beef and lamb for burgers, because the flavour is so much better. I also add salt, pepper, garlic granules, dry thyme, and eggs to the mix, before leaving it in the fridge for a few hours.
