nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 could really use embedded video scrubbing.

I also just unmuted nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s‘s announcement of hashtag following within a note, and then clicked into it and unmuted that, and both were playing simultaneously “row row row your boat” style, even after navigating elsewhere

I didn’t know what that was called. I have had some issues with videos. Cool to see that it’s being addressed!

Gems like this! Now I gotta find the work around for zapping. Never heard this song, but as I am winding down from my second full time gig to stack sats while I can, this gives me a second wind. Thanks for sharing.

Jack this is spot on. I am a skilled trades tool and die maker. I know there have been very few apprentices that I have worked with in my 19 year career. I started at a small non union shop and learned my skill set in a very hands on way! Then I moved to a very large UAW shop for the insurance and benefits. As there is no pensions now, there is nothing keeping the top talent in these jobs as far as I can see.

I am currently transitioning from one company to another to save HOURS of drive time and in doing so I am witnessing one company offering buyouts while another is trying to grow their die maker numbers before retirements set in and all the knowledge is lost between generations. The people I see in these jobs hiring in are all older than I am. The apprentices are too. I see a major crisis coming in skilled labor in the next decade.

The good news is that as inflation keeps going, people can’t retire so that keeps these journeymen working well into their 70’s. (Sorta Joking)

My plans are to transition into BTC work within the next 5 years and out of this trade if that’s what it takes. But I do agree we are witnessing a collapse right before our eyes and wanted to give ya a vision from a slightly different perspective.

I have a hoodie and it has the same saying on it! It isn’t signed “Daddy” though…Congrats!

#RandyHouser might just be a Nostrich!!!! Anyone know? Heck of a show! I didn’t realize he would rip the blues this much.

I haven’t been very active lately. In the process of switching jobs, which has been a short push of 2 full time jobs for a time.

That being said, taking my wife and kids to see a country music festival has been a blast. The Country Fest in Ohio is a really cool way to watch a show. Camping, partying, tailgating, local Amish/Mennonite communities with great food and shops around. Even if you aren’t super familiar with the artists it’s a good time. I guess a lot of the people this year are big social media artists and I don’t do a lot of social media. Even just goofing with my teens and wife between shows and the rained out Kane Brown waiting line to get back in has been an absolute blast.

What kinda fun are you having this summer? How do you celebrate art?

I needed to hear that. Thanks man! I let my boss know I had been trying out another fiat job today. What I didn’t say was that this other fiat job will give me more time, which I plan on converting to a sound money income, which is worth so much more than the titles my employer can offer.

Obviously. I mean it looks like it’s down at least 5.0 point

Let’s hear the secrets. Is it wrapped the whole time? What temp are you trying to keep the grill and how long are you gonna cook it?
