It’s personal. Get a levels health CGM and you have to see what foods your body works best with. Some ppl thrive on no meat, some languish.
But you can get buff now. 20 years from now try being skinny and youthful. Maybe by then they can recreate the conditions of fasting and low protein diets for longevity with a pill or two.
For now, muscle+excess calories means good times and the body doesn’t focus on hunkering down and repairing damage. You can try to counteract it with other ways to tell body to repair, hot and cold shocks regularly, fasting occasionally etc.
Yea I meant you could give them the wifi password and let them use it directly (~25 devices I think). I guess idk how many ppl would need to connect at once but you can attach a router to the hotspot and connect as many devices as you need. Idk about where it’s being held but I regularly see speeds of 250 mbps
You should get a calyx institute unlimited hotspot
Wow, I was just kidding, but thanks for the mega zap nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m!
There is no going back now; we have to nail this. ;)
Can Damus users not even view zaps anymore? 👎
Gboard with no network permissions granted (really no permissions at all needed) works well

Damus will sync with your relay if Tor is enabled using Orbot.
https://docs.start9.com/latest/guides/device-guides/dg-ios/tor-ios
nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg can you build an option for tor connection directly into the android app so I can use a tor relay without orbot? Several open source wallet apps have built this already like nostr:npub1say58k6hcfzpfu5f9ufz0qd7yx04ep93v74hjx8jecxe8x05gp8shghphd nostr:npub1s0vtkgej33n7ec4d7ycxmwt78up8hpfa30d0yfksrshq7t82mchqynpq6j blockstream green etc
This a TestFlight only issue?
If you don’t care about losing all resolution sure
Not sure. I just asked nostr:npub1jyg0aps2teq2g8sr65knq6nmxdlv7vk3pyyp9n40gglvnw2f2nyqdk70gz how to extract crash logs from GrapheneOS. Can you help us here?
For me the popup (then click show more details to view crash log) showed up once. After the initial crashing of the app no popup, back on my home screen the next attempt to open the app gave the popup, then no more again after that
Mutiny was def an ad read in a recent episode
Also need pull down to refresh on Android, currently I have to reselect latest form my feeds list, more taps than necessary. Swipe down to refresh and/or tapping the leftmost tab icon on the bottom (zooms to top) when already at the top of the list to force refresh please (visual indication it did something)
Joke’s on you those weren’t “verified” views
Lists are a thing in Damus? Or just TestFlight?
Graphene gave me an error message when app keeps crashing. Should I DM this to you?

We are launching with an initial set of 10 bounty challenges
More bounties might be added as we go
An individual or team who fully solves any of the ten challenges will be eligible to receive a bounty of 2 BTC
For transparency: submissions will be shared with external industry experts to help us discern whether submissions meet bounty requirements
HRF will be making decisions in a charitable way for bounty submissions that make a good faith effort to meet the requirements
We will be leaning to the spirit, not the letter, of the law
Individuals and teams are encouraged to contact bounty at hrf dot org with any questions during the bounty process
HRF retains final approval on allocating prize funds
The Bitcoin Bounty Challenge will run until December 31, 2024
Any unclaimed bounties will convert into general operating funding for the HRF’s Bitcoin Development Fund on January 1, 2025
An individual or team may collect any amount of bounties
If a leading wallet maker or for-profit corporation would like to compete, we would be delighted
To claim a bounty submit proof to bounty at hrf dot org
For full terms and conditions visit hrfbounties.org
This project was born out of 6 months of field research where HRF staff met with + interviewed a) dissidents and human rights NGO leaders from around the world and b) Bitcoin developers
The goal was to settle on a mix of desired upgrades to Bitcoin that seemed somewhat realistic
We fully expect a handful of these bounties to be claimed by the end of next year
We fully expect the bounties to spark debate, arguments, new ideas, criticism, and other stuff that may indirectly help Bitcoin and Bitcoin users
We *do not expect* all of bounties to be claimed
You all have 523 days left
Good luck!
And big thanks to @BitcoinMagazine for covering the news :)
Should break #2 into smaller bounties for integrating Stowaway into more wallets
I can’t create new account with Primal android app on GrapheneOS. This a known limitation? Button doesn’t react when tapped.
I meant what was the bug from a user perspective, what broke? DMs posted unencrypted?
### #Amethyst v0.70.7: Coding is hard.
- Bug fix for the DM encrypting bug
